• Space + A/V – $3,500/day
  Includes professional sound, lighting, projector, and on-site coordination
• Full Experience – $5,000/day
  Includes A/V, lighting, décor design, photo ops, and complete cleaning/reset

Recurring Licenses (Weekly Rentals)

Ideal for faith groups, dance/theater rehearsals, fitness classes, or school programs

• $600–$1,000 per week
• Includes recurring time blocks and consistent access

Booking Terms:

• Payment: Full payment due at booking (no deposit holds).
• Duration: Rental time includes setup and teardown.
• Vendors: Choose from Gather’s approved DIY vendor list (catering, décor, floral, photo/video).
• Vendor Commissions: Gather earns a commission on preferred vendor bookings to ensure quality and consistency.
• Insurance & Liability: Client assumes responsibility for all damages, loss, or injuries during event rental.
