Do I need to book time for setup and takedown?

Yes, please include setup and takedown time within your total rental hours. Most guests add an extra hour before and after their event for decorating and cleanup.

Why are weekends priced higher than weekdays?

Weekends are our highest-demand dates. To protect the quality of every event, we limit capacity, provide more hands-on support, and avoid back-to-back bookings.

Weekday pricing is intentionally more accessible for baby showers, small gatherings, workshops, and community events.

Can I book fewer hours at a lower price?

We don’t offer shorter time blocks because events almost always require more time than expected. Our packages are designed to give you breathing room for setup, flow, and cleanup—without stress or surprise overtime fees.

How far in advance should I book GATHER?

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for Friday and Saturday events. For popular dates around holidays and graduation season, booking 2–3 months ahead ensures you secure your preferred date. Last-minute and same-day bookings are accommodated based on availability.

Does GATHER serve areas outside of Brighton?

Yes. While GATHER is based in Brighton, CO, we proudly serve guests and clients from across the Denver metro area and Colorado Front Range — including Aurora, Thornton, Westminster, Longmont, Greeley, Erie, Commerce City, Henderson, Fort Lupton, Dacono, Frederick, Firestone, and beyond. Why do you require security if alcohol is served?

For any event serving alcohol (BYOB or hosted), licensed on-site security is required for guest safety, liability protection, and city compliance.

Security is billed as a simple flat hourly add-on so expectations are clear upfront.

Alcohol service security is $100 per hour and includes a licensed, insured security staff member, plus coordination and liability coverage. This requirement applies to all events serving alcohol.

Why do your packages start at 3 or 4 hours if my event is only 2 hours?

All Gather rental periods include all the time needed to host a successful event—not just guest time. This covers setup, decorating, hosting, and leaving the space fully cleared before the next scheduled event.By building packages around real usage time, we ensure you’re never rushed and the space is properly prepared and reset for every guest.

How can I become a vendor at Gather events?

Apply through our Vendor Application Form. We welcome local makers, artisans, food creators, and family-friendly brands.

Can I bring my own food and catering to GATHER?

Yes — GATHER is catering-flexible. You're welcome to bring outside food or work with a licensed caterer of your choice. We want your event to reflect your vision, and that includes the food and beverage experience.

How do I pay for my booking?

All bookings are processed through our secure online checkout system. Payments can be made by credit card or ACH.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled date for a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days.

How much does it cost to rent GATHER in Brighton, CO?

GATHER offers several rental packages to fit different event sizes, needs, and budgets — from hourly studio rentals to full-day event packages. Do I need to book extra time for setup and breakdown?

Yes — you'll need to plan for setup and breakdown time into your reservation time. Setup and breakdown time can be added to your booking at our standard hourly rate.

Are there overtime fees?

Yes — events extending beyond your booked time are charged at our standard hourly rate. We'll always give you a courtesy reminder as your rental end time approaches.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14–30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Contact us directly for rescheduling options.

How do sponsorships work?

Local and regional brands can sponsor Gather events to gain visibility and support community experiences. Sponsorships range from $100–$10,000/event.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred once to a new date with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Once you’re ready to confirm, we’ll place a hold on your requested date and send a deposit invoice to officially secure your booking.

What happens if my event runs longer than planned?

We understand that celebrations sometimes go a little longer than expected! If your event runs past your reserved time, we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on schedule availability. Overtime is billed at our standard hourly rate.

Can I host my own workshop or class?

Absolutely! We love partnering with local creators and educators. Reach out through our Contact or Vendor form to get started.

Can I tour the venue before booking?

We’d love to show you around. Venue tours are available by appointment and can be scheduled directly through this link here or by emailing hello@gatherbrighton.com.

Do you offer photography or video services?

Yes. Our in-house team and partner creators offer professional photo, video, and podcast production, from brand shoots to commercials and events.

Can I bring my own photographer or videographer?

Absolutely. We welcome outside creatives, as long as they comply with our studio policies and insurance requirements.

What are Creator Memberships?

Our Creator Memberships are monthly studio subscriptions that combine production, editing, and strategy to keep your brand visible and growing.

Each plan includes studio time, professional production, editing, and delivery of creative assets — videos, photos, podcasts, and ads.

Depending on your plan, you’ll receive 5 to 80 creative assets per month, with turnaround times between 7–12 business days.
