Recurring Residency pricing applies only to an approved recurring time block and does not establish discounted pricing for private events or other GATHER reservations.
GATHER provides the space, furniture, standard linens, setup, basic AV, venue support, and cleaning.
You bring the people and the vendors that make your event yours.
Event planning, day-of coordination, client décor installation, florals, catering, bartending, photography, entertainment, specialty rentals, and alcohol security are not included.
All reservation hours include setup, event time, and breakdown.
Additional time caused by late departure is billed in 30-minute increments. If requested access reaches the duration of the next venue package, GATHER may require an upgrade to that package.
A valid card on file is required. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, overtime, missing inventory, or other charges outlined in the Venue Rental Agreement.
